 Prior to founding Frontline Funding, Jennifer founded and established a successful Human Resource Outsourcing organization that services clients across the United States.

 Jennifer started her career in the Real Estate and Venture Capital world, working with large companies across the United States to select land for future development.

 She enjoys travel, exercise, sports and family time.

Scott is a respected, dynamic sales and operations leader with an outstanding track record of establishing and expanding market visibility, landing profitable local and national accounts, and increasing cash flow and fiscal accountability. Scott is responsible for the overall sales strategy and direction of the organization, as well as operational leadership.

 Scott brings 15 years of experience in sales and leadership in the HRO spaces. His drive to achieve organizational excellence has resulted in success and exponential growth for his clients and business partners. Scott is extremely passionate about his mission to provide clients leading HR and funding services with an unmatched level of care.

 A sports enthusiast, Scott is a longtime golfer and enjoys volunteering in the local community. He received his Bachelor of Science from Saint Leo University.
